The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union regulation that governs the protection of personal data of EU citizens. As a company, we must ensure that we comply with the provisions of the GDPR to protect the privacy and rights of our customers and employees. Warespace has a Privacy Policy(Privacy Notice) that describes our company's policies and practices regarding the handling of personal data. The policy includes, among other things, what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and how we protect it. We also have internal policies and procedures in place to ensure that all personal data we collect and process is treated securely and confidentially. All of our IT systems and processes have been reviewed to ensure that we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These measures ensure that we comply with the GDPR and protect the personal data of our customers and employees. We will continue to regularly review and update our data protection measures to ensure that we meet the highest standards of personal data protection.

Our quality management is developed according to ISO guidelines and certified accordingly.  We place the highest value on quality assurance with regard to internal and external processes. In particular, we work closely with our partners to ensure the quality of all logistical processes.

ISO 9001
As a contract logistics network, it is crucial for us to maintain high quality in all our processes and services in order to meet our customers' requirements and remain competitive. By implementing an ISO 9001 certified quality management system in combination with the HACCP concept, we ensure that our operations are effective and efficient. In addition, our processes are constantly documented and audited so that quality, safety and performance can be improved. Each of our network partners has undergone a rigorous auditing process to verify compliance with all legally required standards in both the operations and administration of the facilities. This ensures that we are working with the best network partners and providing the best service to all of our clients. At Warespace, we strive to be socially responsible and minimize environmental impact in the logistics industry. We are committed to environmental protection and sustainability and it is a priority for us to contribute to the protection of the environment. Our environmental management system follows the standards of ISO14001, 26000 guidelines and is certified accordingly.  Among other things, we promote sustainable packaging, decentralized storage solutions with optimized transport routes, short transport distances to reduce CO2 emissions, and climate-neutral shipping. To ensure that our services are safe, reliable and of high quality, we have other certifications and standards that meet specific requirements. Some of these standards are SQAS, QEHS, AEO, Aviation Safety Guidelines, IFS, HACCP and GMP.

In addition to the certifications and quality standards, we conduct annual audits. Through the audits, we evaluate and review the entire quality management system. In doing so, we go through the entire structural and procedural organization of our network partners' facilities to check compliance with the standard requirements of the regulations. The aim of the audits is to identify problems and opportunities for improvement so that, after analyzing the results, we can develop further strategies to realize optimization potential and solve potential problems as quickly as possible.
